Canadian Heritage 2026 Museums and Galleries Visitors Survey

Thank you for visiting a Canadian museum or gallery.

Welcome to the department of Canadian Heritage's 2026 summer survey exploring the experiences of museum and gallery visitors. Your feedback is essential to help us plan successful future initiatives.

Participation in this survey is voluntary, and most questions are optional. The survey takes less than five minutes to complete. If you do not have time to finish the survey now, you may save your progress and return later. The survey will be active from June 19, 2026, to September 7, 2026.

All responses will remain confidential and the aggregate results from this survey will be used for analysis and reporting activities at Canadian Heritage.
